HIGHLIGHTS/AUCTIONEERS NOTES:
After 30 years as a commercial HVAC and plumbing contractor, it is time to retire! We were hired to help all of you get to see 30 years’ worth of tools and equipment. All of the service trucks were emptied and sold, the contents having been shelved and stored in this 9820 sq ft warehouse. From ladder racks, cross boxes, a pack rat, site boxes, to all of the meters, sensors, and test kits that a service tech would need! That is why we have more than 1 of some things! We have can compressors, fans, electric motors, valves, fittings, hangers, pumps, and Evacs. Many of them are NIB and unused. Air filter driers, thermostats, controls, power tools, pipe wrench/cutters, welding tools, temp indicators, and gas detectors. Then we have the offices – copier, fax, printers… all in working order. Desks, tables, fireproof file cabinet, supplies, and some leather Serta chairs! Please take your time and scroll through all the lots. Everything Sells to the Highest Bidder with very few reserves. Everything sells AS IS. Items have not been tested unless otherwise specified. Come to the loadout prepared with what you might need, bring your own boxes and packing material, bring loadout help, tools, dolly, truck, etc. If you think you need it, please bring it. Little to no loadout help will be available. Tips accepted if you do need help.

PLEASE NOTE:
Think of what tools, dollies, 4-wheel flat dollies, carts, etc. that you will need to load your items. After checking in and payment, you will be in the waiting room where the next available picker will come get you from there, they will show you each of your items and you will load them, cart them up, wheel them out, and come back for more! If arriving in a vehicle, do not block the driveway – stay parked to the side. If you have a trailer to load, approach Ohio from the south. There may be a waiting order. For heavy items, we will have a forklift available.

5 lots a minute starting at 5:00 with soft close and extended bid features
(the auction does not completely close out all at one time)

If your invoice is larger than $1,000, a wire transfer or cash is required
Checks taken by prior approval only.
Should you use a personal or cashier check,
you can remove your items once the check clears
