WEATHER UPDATE:
With the impending weather expected to hit, we are making some changes to our local pickup schedule.  Please bid with confidence knowing we will work with you to get you your auction purchases.  We will open early ( 9:00am ) on Saturday, January 4th and stay until the published end time of 3:00pm trying to beat out the winter weather.  We are going to CANCEL Sunday, January 5th and move it to a "BY APPOINMENT" later in the week.  Communication is key so feel free to reach out by call or text to Katy if you have any questions or concerns.  Happy Bidding.!!!.

This auction comes from a clean estate. There is a Samsung Fridge, grandfather clock, glassware, camping supplies, nice furniture, two stair lifts, a very nice king size bed frame with built in wardrobes, poetry books, office supplies, yard tools, a pellet smoker, holiday décor, and other household goods! Please take your time and scroll through all the lots. Everything Sells to the Highest Bidder with NO Reserve and NO Sales Tax. Everything sells AS IS. Items have not been tested unless otherwise specified. Come to the loadout prepared with what you might need, bring your own boxes and packing material, bring loadout help, tools, dolly, truck, etc. If you think you need it, please bring it. Little to no loadout help will be available.

Please Note: Most items are on the main floor and in the garage, but there are some in the basement. The basement has steep stairs and no railing, but we will have people there to assist you with your winning items.
