HIGHLIGHTS/AUCTIONEERS NOTES:

Nice old Church is closing its door and needs your help to clear out the property within.  Items include church pews, books, furniture, refrigerators, pianos, and kitchenware.  Also has old electronics, books, maps, and toys.  There is a lot of neat old stuff.  Be sure to bring your own help, some items are heavy and we won’t be able to assist you in carrying them. One day loadout, make sure to check the date.  Only bid if you are able to pick up that day, there will not be any shipping or holds. Please take your time and scroll through all the lots. Everything Sells to the Highest Bidder with NO Reserve and NO Sales Tax. Everything sells AS IS. Items have not been tested unless otherwise specified. Come to the loadout prepared with what you might need, bring your own boxes and packing material, bring loadout help, tools, dolly, truck, etc. If you think you need it, please bring it. Little to no loadout help will be available.
